I'm Sairaam Varadarajan — Sai, CEO of CobuildX AI. I have spent years moving between selling AI systems and building them, and that back and forth is where most of what I know about enterprises came from.

At CobuildX AI, we build AI agents for enterprises, healthcare applications, ML models as a service (sports predictions, that kind of thing), and full-stack systems across travel, cybersecurity and a few other spaces.

My first job was actually selling plastics machinery at Larsen & Toubro, where I took the Kerala region from zero to about 5 crores (roughly $1.5M) in 2010. After that came remote physiotherapy computer vision at Spry, hypoglycemia prediction models at Dexcom, manufacturing automation at Medtronic that saved $2M, and applied ML work at H2O.ai.

Same thread through all of it: build things that actually hold up once they're in use, work with teams that ship rather than just plan and go after problems that matter.
